However, as an experienced educator, I have come to realize that teachers are much more than that. I have often pondered whether teaching is a natural talent or a skill that can be perfected through practice.
In my opinion, it is a combination of both. A great teacher not only strives to create a positive learning environment in the classroom but also extends their efforts to the entire school and its community. As a teacher, I see myself as a catalyst, someone who has the power to ignite curiosity and inspire learning. I strongly believe that the classroom experience has a dynamic, interactive, and socio-emotional aspect. The quality of the relationship between a student and their teacher plays a crucial role in the learning process. A compassionate teacher models this trait for their students through their actions, which in turn encourages students to be more open-minded and understanding of the world around them.
